About

Having spent most of my adult life making sense of everything around me from my own marriage & divorce, shifts in career paths, becoming a first time parent at 43 years of age and living with anxiety and depression I have come to realise that we, as humans, have an interesting habit of overthinking and over-complicating things.  Don’t get me wrong I have done that exact same thing time and time again only to become frustrated by a tangle of ‘stuff’ that, in the end, may have been avoided had I stopped and rethought the situation at hand.

This is what I have become skilled at… Overcoming barriers, rethinking situations, re-framing concepts, finding clarity, decluttering, simplifying, problem solving and possibly more importantly, developing the plans, strategies and systems for all the above.  My greatest wish now…I want to support and mentor others to do the same.

You may be wondering “that sounds great… But for who/what?” My answer is quite simple, for anyone and anything! I have utilised these skills myself from my day to day I’ve as a mum with a toddler all the way through to my work as an educational consultant.  Learning to work through and deal with problems, issues or challenges (whatever you choose to call them) is the same the world over.  What I will be sharing here will hopefully help you regardless of who you are or what you do!

If you should find you need something more specific though please feel free to contact me it for now thank you for visiting and I hope you decide to stick around for a while!
